Return period
We offer a 60-day return period from the day you receive your order. Unfortunately, after this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange .
Conditions for a return
To process a return, the item must be in its original condition and in its original, undamaged packaging . We also require proof of purchase or a receipt. Please do not return the item directly to the manufacturer .
Non-returnable items
Items that are no longer in their original condition , are damaged , or incomplete are not eligible for return unless this was caused by us. Returns requested more than 60 days after delivery cannot be accepted .
Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the decision via email. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed using your original payment method – usually within a few business days .
Delayed or missing refund
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account . Then contact your payment provider , as it may take some time for a refund to be posted. If you've done all of the above and your refund is still missing, please contact us at info@oskavrixo.com .
Exchange
If your item is damaged or defective and you would like to exchange it, please send us an email to info@oskavrixo.com – we will take care of your request immediately.

Delivery time for replacement items
Replacement orders follow the same timeframes as regular orders: Processing: 1–3 business days , Shipping: 10–18 business days .
